I had a great business trip! the location was perfect, with quick access to public transport and walking distance to shopping centers. the area had a lot of great restaurants, such as Jak n Hill, and was bustling with nightlife. the spacious apartment was clean and comfortable, with a big balcony overlooking the pool area. the hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Some inconsiderate neighbors made noise in the hallway at night sometimes.

Location

The walls of the apartment were absolutely filthy / very dirty. Safety was an issue with all doors in the fire stairs locked from stair well side. Insufficient linen supplied such as only 2 towels were provided for 4 people!!!!!

The hotel was in front of convention centers and banks. We liked everything at oxygen including rooms and staff...

We enjoyed staying at this venue, which is conveniently located within walking distance to the Burrito Bar restaurant.

Was able to accommodate a group of us spread over seven apartments.

Our group was spread out on different floors. We were unable to access each others apartments due to the security set-up in the lifts. This was very frustrating.

I didnt like the staff sooo dis organised and dis RESPECTFUL.....i wish no one else goes through the bad service as I had....iive already told friends and family, and they have cancelled there bookings....oxygen apartments are fake

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. Modern set-up with large flat screen TV. Convenient location near the city center. Pleasant garden area and heated swimming pool.

The locatio is very good as it is near the city .. a mere 15mins walk..

The staff should be friendlier and late check out should be extended till 2pm.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation with bifold doors onto the patio. Comfortable beds and well-equipped apartments. Great location within walking distance to the city, Roma St parklands, and South Bank.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions in the city center. In the evening, I found a great pub nearby where I enjoyed a delicious dinner. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right at my doorstep.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location, service, and room amenities make it the perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Close to the city, good pool ( although very cold!) some grassed area, pleasant gardens, gym.

In the loft apartments the stairs have open treads, even a toddler could fall through the gaps and the drop was ten feet or more through to more stairs. Also not child friendly as there were no stair gates.

I was dissapointed that you withdrew more money out of my account at christmas without letting me know. Was very angry when I had to but presents with no money
